Single Girl Becomes an Octomom of 8 Toddlers in The Sims 4 is the pilot episode of KelseyDangerous' Octomom Challenge. It premiered on her YouTube channel on April 21, 2021.

Plot

Aspiring to be a super parent, Baby Moore moves to the Bedlington Boathouse in Brindleton Bay with her seven toddlers — Averie, Sarah, Kaylin, Anton, Justin, Braydon, and Cooper. Shortly, Baby adopts her newest baby named Santos. She is later cooking their dinner while the toddlers wander all over the place.

Meanwhile, Anton would not eat his dinner, so Kelsey sends him to bed. While the children sleep later, Santos is left alone in the living room playing with his toy; Kelsey calls him her perfect angel. However, Averie steals the scene as she walks to the potty about to train herself on her own, so she becomes the new perfect angel.

Anton and Justin are the first to wake up and begin working on their skills the next day. Brindleton Bay residents arrive later for the welcome wagon, so Kelsey lets them in hoping they will help take care of the children. Later, Kelsey finds out Kaylin is the oldest among the toddlers.

At noon, Sarah, the kid who smashed the dollhouse, is crying because the dollhouse is broken. Meanwhile, guests Supriya and Justin Delgato are freeloading on the Wi-Fi instead of helping out. The dollhouse gets broken again later because of toddler Justin's tantrum while Braydon is splashing toilet water.

In the evening, Kaylin develops a festering grudge against her mom. Meanwhile, Sarah makes a mess at the porch while Santos runs around naked.

Baby spends the rest of the next day balancing the needs and skill building of the toddlers. At night, Averie wakes up from a nightmare, so she crawls upstairs to wake up her mom. Baby hugs Averie lovingly and proceeds downstairs to read her to sleep.

On Sunday, Baby begins the day struggling to pick between Sarah and Cooper to give a bath, spending the rest on making sure her children are okay.

The episode ends as Santos triumphantly reaches level III in every toddler skill, so Baby ages him up to a child who acquires the Art Lover trait.
