Belle Impiccishmay is the 94^th child of Kelsey Impicciche's 100 Baby Challenge LP and the 24^th child of Kelly Impiccishmay. She is part of the 34^th pair of twins of the series along with her brother Levi. Her name is an allusion to Disney princess Belle, the main protagonist of the 1991 animated film Beauty and the Beast and its 2017 live action counterpart.

In Tries to Save the Environment, Kelsey said Belle was her favorite Impiccishmay child as of late.
Belle, along with her brother Dwayne, are the only Impiccishmay children who have the Adventurous trait.
Belle, along with her aunt Blaire, are the only Impiccishmay children who have the Super Parent aspiration.
