The Sims 4 but My Best Guy Friend Catches Me Hooking Up is the sixth episode of the second season of KelseyDangerous' Not So Berry Challenge LP and the 17^th episode overall. It premiered on her YouTube channel on July 24, 2021.

Plot

Poppy adopts a cat and names her Rosie. She spends some time bonding with her cat before inviting Guy over to check out her new apartment. Poppy talks to Guy about Mojito, then Celia comes over as well. Poppy decorates for New Year’s Eve. The gang watches the countdown,  and Poppy decides to raise a skill as a New Year’s Resolution. As she chats with her friends, she promotes the “World United” cause to them.

Everyone leaves, and Poppy passes out on the couch. Guy goes into the bathroom and talks in the mirror, while Rosie sleeps next to Poppy. The next day, Poppy goes to her first day of work. She schmoozes with the boss, which possibly contributed to getting promoted. Poppy practices her speeches in the mirror and invites Josh over. Hazel comes over, and Poppy promotes her cause to her. Sage and Dan also come over. After Poppy kicks Sage out, she talks to Dan. Minthe and Guy also come over for movie night. After the movie, Poppy chats with her friends and family before flirting with Dan. Hazel decides to eavesdrop on their conversation. Minthe invites Eliza over to see Rosie, and then Minthe pranks Poppy’s toilet. Poppy kisses Dan, then invites him into her room. Things get very steamy, and then Guy walks in.

Poppy goes into the kitchen to make a garden salad while Dan chats with her. Guy and Dan hang out after Poppy goes to bed. The next morning, Poppy wakes up to a barrage of visitors, who eat all of the salad. After Poppy fixes the toilet (again), she goes off to work. While she is on her break, she goes to the gym to relieve some stress. She comes home with another promotion. After taking a shower and playing with Rosie, she practices her speeches.

Poppy gets up early the next morning. Brielle and her friend wander into her apartment, which causes Kelsey to lock the doors. Poppy goes out with Myles Landgraab and tries to flirt with him, but he keeps talking on the phone. Poppy and Myles grab some wine, and then they sit down. Minthe shows up and starts talking to them, crashing the date. In order to get some privacy, Poppy and Myles go to a five star restaurant. However, this is in vain, as Guy and a large crowd show up. They go upstairs, and Poppy flirts with him some more. Poppy calls Hunter before going home for the night.

Once she gets home, Poppy invites Josh over. She kisses Josh on the hand, and they flirt for a bit. The next morning, she does yoga and practices her speeches before work. During work, a reporter asks her how she feels about a politician that is destroying the habitat of llamas, but Poppy ignores the reporter. Minthe tries to invite Poppy over, but Poppy is at work. Kelsey gets frustrated with the amount of Sims entering Poppy’s apartment, then witnesses someone die on Poppy’s doorstep. Death chills in Poppy’s apartment while Minthe walks up to the door.

Once Poppy gets home, she flirts with Rohan Elderberry and kisses his hand. She then invites Myles Landgraab over while Minthe tries to come over again. While Poppy flirts with Myles, Guy comes over. However, Myles and Poppy woohoo anyway. Afterwards, Poppy passes out.
