Single Girl Births a Bollywood Star's Baby in The Sims 4 is the 19^th episode of the third season of Kelsey Impicciche's 100 Baby Challenge LP. It premiered on the BuzzFeed Multiplayer YouTube channel on February 6, 2021.

Plot

Kelly cooks butternut gnocchi for breakfast before pulling up to the club in San Myshuno bringing her soccer ball with her. Shortly, she reaches level 10 of the dancing skill.

Later, she hops to Discotheque Pan Europa planning to swipe a chair at the basement although she cannot access the area. Regardless, she proceeds to the bar and starts partying alone on the dance floor. Having only technically two guys and one bartender, the bar is so boring that she begins playing soccer ball again.

Around 7:00 am, a girl named Zoe Ollee pulls up. Even if Zoe cannot impregnate other Sims, Kelly still flirts with her anyway for fun.

Back home, Koya, Rain, Baby, and Jane have a dance party upstairs. Kelsey begins looking for baby-daddies around the neighborhood but finds a bunch of children in the playground instead. Koya and Rain go outside to hang out with them. Meanwhile, two boys, Zander Scholl and Manu Hardy sneak in to Kelly's house to join Baby and Jane's dance party. At the playground, Rain acquaints a girl named Olive Tinker.

In the night, Han and Hwan age up to become clingy toddlers.

The next day, when the children arrive home from school, Baby brings Zander over. Meanwhile, since the twin boys are A students, Koya and Rain age up to teens and get the Genius and Hates Children traits, respectively. Kelsey proceeds to give them makeovers, switching Rain's dreadlocks to a man bun and making Koya's hair longer.

In the evening, Kelly reaches level 10 of mischief skill after grabbing an IV pole from the hospital. Shortly, she gives birth to Keira Impiccishmay, the 91^st baby of the challenge. Back home, Kelsey becomes Koya and Rain's K-Pop idol manager. She gets them to dance upstairs to replenish their fun bar.

The next morning, Rain goes to school without having finished his homework. Kelsey calls him The Problem Child while she proceeds to call his twin The Perfect Child. In the afternoon, Baby ages up to a teen and gets the Evil trait. Kelsey says maybe it is because she had been called "baby" all her life. Meanwhile, Jane ages up to a teen and gets the Bookworm trait.

Cataleya gets electrocuted.

In the evening, Baby pranks Jane by assisting her to do a keg stand and then dropping her on the floor. Later, Kelly travels to the local lounge to find baby-daddies. Instead of eligible guys, she meets her first fans Kaori Nishidake and Kiyoshi Ito.

Around midnight, since the bar is too dry in terms of men, Kelly proceeds to go straight to the house of the SINGLE Singletins and meets Cataleya Collins, Emma Durham, Jane Goodwin, and Arnold Madsen. Later, while Kelly tries to pursue Cataleya, the new girl in town gets struck by lightning. Cataleya stays alive, although Kelsey, realizing the place is unsafe and the house is empty regardless, decides to bring Kelly back home.

In the morning, Kelly invites Cataleya to prepare for the upcoming children. In the afternoon, the boys come back from school A students, so Koya and Rain age up to young adults and move out.
