Single Girl Births a Two-Headed Baby in The Sims 4 is the 43rd episode of the first season of Kelsey Impicciche's 100 Baby Challenge LP. It premiered on the BuzzFeed Multiplayer YouTube channel on October 26, 2019.[1]
Plot[]
The Halloween episode starts as twin babies Annie and Ashton clip together looking like a two-headed creature.
On Tuesday, Tegan invites his mom to a GeekCon in San Myshuno. Kasey brings along Remus Lupin along with other Impiccishmay children. The family the gather together by the unfinished rocket to build it as a group. Before leaving, Kasey manages to do a few flirt interactions with her man despite almost passing out.

Back at home, Dustin comes over the house. Meanwhile, Olivia and Hayley age up to children and get the Erratic and Loner traits, respectively. Shortly, Kelsey finds ghost Harry back at the piano again. Later, Holly ages up to a child and gets the Glutton trait.
On Wednesday, Kelsey decorates the house for the Halloween party. She also gives the whole household a makeover, with Holly getting “Wednesday Addams vibes.”

In the afternoon, Kasey and her son Logan age up to an adult and a teen, respectively. Kelsey then proceeds to make Logan a character from Blades of Glory for Halloween. Later, Logan almost burns to death outside, although Kelsey is able to quickly bring him back in.
At the summer costume party, Olivia, after getting uncomfortable with the bear suit Kelsey put her on, interrupts her mom for making out with Remus Lupin.
The next day, Remus takes Kasey out on a date to Von Haunt Estate, in which they WooHoo in a bush.
