Cecelia Hart (born Impiccishmay) is Chelsea Impiccishmay's first-born child in the 100 Baby Speedrun.

Biography[]
Cecelia Impiccishmay was born at the Impiccishmay house to Chelsea Impiccishmay and J Huntington III.

She aged up to an infant and got the Sensitive trait.
In part 3 of the 100 Baby Speedrun, she aged up to a toddler and got the Inquisitive trait.
In part 4, she aged up to a child and got the Dog Lover trait.
In part 5, she aged up to a teen and acquired the Art lover trait. She became the first Impiccishmay child in the 100 Baby Speedrun to help around the house and also acquired the mixologist aspiration.
In part 7, she aged up to a young adult, graduated with honors and got her first job as a mixologist. Later, after arriving from work, she moved out to a different home.
She appeared in Chelsea's home in parts 9, 10 and 13. In episode 17, when Cecelia visits the Impiccishmay household once again, we can see that her name is Cecelia Hart and that she is married to Caspian Hart. She is now a full adult.
Cecelia appeared again in part 26.
Cecelia's husband, Caspian, appeared as a possible flirting option for Chelsea in her blind date. Chelsea discards her because he has a wife and kids (Cecelia Hart), but doesn't recognize it's her daughter. We can see that Caspian Hart has two kids, which means Cecelia has two kids or stepkids. Later, Chelsea sees Cecelia, who is pregnant and a day away from becoming an elder.
