Chelsea Impiccishmay-Slater (née Roberts) is the founder of Kelsey Impicciche's 100 Baby Challenge LP. Kelsey created her in 2018 to serve as a matriarch from Part 1 to Part 26, in which she gave birth to 32 children from 21 love interests while making a career in the Writing skill.

Biography[]
Early life[]
Chelsea Roberts grew up in Sulani with her three sisters, Barbie, Skipper, and Stacie, and childhood friends, Tommy Carson and Max Villareal. In Malibu Barbie Goes Exploring, she got a pet named Tater, an intelligent rat who managed to build himself his own rocket to explore the outer space. In Kelsey Picks a Lover, she got a dog named Taffy and a cat named Blissa.
Del Sol Valley[]
Sometime before Pilot, Chelsea acquired her current last name, "Impiccishmay." Later, she moved to Del Sol Valley where she met two of her closest friends, Nancy Landgraab and Clement Frost.
The day after Winterfest, Chelsea gave birth to her first of 32 children and named her Olive. To fund her writing career, she sold all her dining furniture so she can publish her debut novel titled, Tigers Don't Take Naps. Later, after writing her sophomore novel, Bawdy Language, Chelsea became a one-star celebrity.
In Reviews Fan Submitted Daddies (Part 3), Chelsea met Craig Slater, a bartender in Del Sol Valley. They had a child named Charlie in Raises a Teen. Working as both a mom and an author simultaneously, she was able to maintain a low-profile celebrity status.
In Meets the Grim Reaper, she wrote her first autobiography, titled, Baby Love: A True Story of Romance and Reproduction. Later, she met the Grim Reaper, after Gavin McIntosh, one of her love interests, died of overexertion due to having WooHoo as an elder. Since then, she tried to flirt with Grim although they ended up just being friends in Flirts With Death.
As Chelsea became more successful, she was finally able to purchase her dream home, Babymaking factory deluxe, in Chooses a Fan's House for Her Babies. In Can't Get Pregnant, she gave birth to her heir, Tegan Impiccishmay, whom she later renamed to "Kasey" in Fears the End. Later, in Finds Her Soulmate, she wrote her final autobiography titled, Mother of 32.
In Throws a Wedding and a Funeral, Chelsea got married to Craig at a late night beach wedding in her hometown in Sulani. The next day, she passed away of old age during a fire incident.
Afterlife[]
As the Impiccishmay family moved to different locations, Chelsea met all her 36 grandchildren as a ghost. She often breaks her grandchildren's house plumbing at night.

Aside from her children, she is related to her husband Craig Slater, her sisters Stacie, Skipper, Barbie Roberts, Kayleigh Impiccishmay and Lauren Impiccishmay, her brother-in-law Brunette Ken, her daughters-in-law, Kayla Flemming (married to her eldest child Olive) and Kelley Bergman (married to her eldest son Jaime), and her grandchildren, Dan Richards and Cecilia Inoue.

- In Digs for Trash With Barbie, Chelsea underwent through the Clingy phase as a child. On the other hand, in Gets Barbie a Promotion, she underwent through the Loud phase.
- Nancy Landgraab was the first Sim Chelsea has interacted with in the pilot episode of Kelsey Impicciche's 100 Baby Challenge LP. Incidentally, Nancy was also the first Sim Eugene Yang has interacted with in the pilot episode of In Control With Kelsey.
- According to Kelsey in Pilot, Chelsea's interests include "having children, eating food, and drinking away [her] money."
- According to Kelsey on one of her vlogs, she created the series on the premise that Chelsea looks similar to herself, in which her Sim is another outlet of her personality.
- Although Chelsea and townie Siobhan Fyres never interacted, Chelsea banged both Siobhan's respective father and ex-boyfriend, Dominic Fyres and Sergio Romeo.
- Alexis Impiccishmay, Chelsea's fourth child, became her first best friend in the series in Traumatizes Her Kids.
- In Meets the Grim Reaper, Chelsea wrote a new book titled, The Kiss of Tragedy, which was "about a superhuman woman whose kiss kills people." Later in the episode, Gavin McIntosh died after WooHooing with her.
- Max Villareal is one of the childhood friends of Chelsea when she was living in Sulani. In Cooper Is a Bear, Max and Chelsea met again at the gym while Max was running on the treadmill. Kelsey considered him as one of the potential baby-daddies to seduce. Shortly, however, she got distracted by Hailey Willis.
- In Seduces Her Doctor, at the beginning of the episode, Kelsey watched a TV show about a guy who died moments after meeting a girl, in which he ended up making out with her as a ghost. At the end of Meets the Grim Reaper, Chelsea made out with ghost Gavin in the kitchen.
- In Mother's Day Special, Chelsea got tired while trying to look for men to seduce at the bar. Kelsey pointed out how Chelsea proceeded to sleep on the same bench at the back lot where Ned Fulmer slept after being rejected by his old lady romantic interest Tanvi Roth in In Control With Kelsey.
- In Fears the End, Chelsea built a relationship with Zacariah Galvin, enough to be able to try for baby, before she ran out of time and aged up to elder in the following episode.
- Kelsey was always planning to have the second matriarch's name to sound like hers. In Fears the End, after running out of time to make Chelsea produce another girl, toddler Tegan became the next matriarch since she was the youngest daughter. At the end of the episode, Kelsey decided to rename her to "Kasey." In compensation for the removal of the name "Tegan," Kelsey promised to give it to Kasey's first-born.
- In Reviews Fan Submitted Daddies (Part 55) and Dates Her Mom's Ex-Lover, romantic interactions were seen available when her grandchildren were interacting with her.
- In Kelsey's let's play on the mobile game Episode, after naming her character "Chelsea," Kelsey said "Chelsea" in general is always the name of her alter-ego on which she takes many forms. Additionally, the description of the video implied that the character's full name is "Chelsea Impiccishmay."
- Chelsea is the only matriarch to not be born naturally with brown hair.
- There were no Impiccishmay children born on Winterfest. On the other hand, the most common birthday among the Impiccishmay family is Spring 4, which is shared by seven Impiccishmays: Jaime, Niya, Natalie, Todd, Jacob, Levi, and Belle. This means pregnancy on the LP happened most on the first day of the year.
