Chelsea Impiccishmay is the founder of Kelsey Impicciche's 100 Baby Challenge Speedrun. Kelsey created her in 2018 to serve as a matriarch from Part 1 to Part 26 of the 100 Baby Challenge, in which she gave birth to 32 children from 21 love interests while making a career in the Template:Sims4 skill. She then created a doppelganger of Chelsea for other challenges, such as the Occult Baby Challenge, which was made with the purpose of doing a version of the 100 Baby Challenge in which the objective is to obtain one child of each occult type with a Sim mother.

In the first episode of the Occult Baby Challenge, Chelsea woohooed her first baby daddy, Greg, and had her first child, Greg Jr.. She started writing to gain money.

- According to Kelsey in Part 1 of the original 100 Baby Challenge, Chelsea's interests include "having children, eating food, and drinking away [her] money."
- According to Kelsey on one of her vlogs, she created the original 100 Baby Challenge on the premise that Chelsea looks similar to herself, in which her Sim is another outlet of her personality.
- In Kelsey's let's play on the mobile game Episode, after naming her character "Chelsea," Kelsey said "Chelsea" in general is always the name of her alter-ego on which she takes many forms.
- Chelsea is the only matriarch to not be born naturally with brown hair.
