Dale Cooper is Chelsea's twenty-fifth baby daddy in the 100 Baby Speedrun.
In season 2 part 4, he creates a date with Chelsea through Cupid's Corner and impregnates her in some play-pretend WooHoo.
In season 2 part 5, Chelsea gave birth to his twin daughters, Coraline and Winifred.
