Delilah Impiccishmay is the 74^th child of Kelsey Impicciche's 100 Baby Challenge LP and the third child of Kelly Impiccishmay. She is part of the 26^th pair of twins of the series along with her sister Danyel. Her name is an allusion to Hey There Delilah (2005), a song by the American rock band Plain White T's.

Delilah, along with her twin Danyel, are the second pair of children in the series to be born on the home lot. The first ones were Tegan and Archer in Has Her First Time (Part 29).
In Seduces an Invisible Man, Kelly almost got almost hit by lightning in a thunderstorm. Kelsey considered the possibility that Delilah would have been the fourth matriarch in case it Kelly died at the time, thinking she was the youngest Sim that can get pregnant. Her younger sister Danyel would have been the real heir, however. This happened because Danyel aged up to a child before Delilah, so their order in the Sims panel got mixed up.
Aside from being asexual, in Gets Robbed by Her Father, Kelsey said "she doesn't want any romantic relationships," making her aromantic.^{^[1]}
Delilah, along with her great uncle Miles, are the only Impiccishmay children who have the Unflirty trait.
