- Duane Talla is a pre-made Sim from The Sims 4: Island Living. He lives in Sulani with his roommates Lilliana Kealoha, Makoa Kealoha and Nani Kealoha, even though it is unclear how he came to live with the Kealoha family. He is a teen and a high school C student, and has the Angling Ace aspiration. He is a level 2 in the Lifeguard career (Wave Watcher) and is level 4 in Fitness, level 3 in Fishing and Level 2 in Mischief. He has the Goofball and Bro traits, as well as the Collector bonus trait.
- He was WooHooed by Kasey around the same time as Derumk Kealoha, which could mean that Derumk is another of member of the kealoha family that was born after Kelsey started playing the 100 Baby Challenge.
- He appears to have been inspired by Maui from Disney's Moana. His physical appearance, personality, and implied backstory bear striking similarities to the Disney character. His first name is also similar to Dwayne Johnson, the actor who voiced Maui in the film.
