Miles Impiccishmay is the fifth child of Kelsey Impicciche's 100 Baby Challenge LP. He is part of the first pair of twins of the series along with his sister Renee.

Kelsey included the first eight Impiccishmay children in the Not So Berry Challenge LP in which Simeon Silversweater was initally their stepfather instead of Craig Slater.

- Miles is also known as The Cool Kid, because he used to wear sunglasses for sleepwear as a toddler.
- After aging up to young adult, Kelsey did not randomize a third trait for him.
- In Willow Saves Her Pets, Miles became the first Impiccishmay child to be seen aging up to an elder.
- Miles, along with his grand niece Delilah, are the only Impiccishmay children who have the Unflirty trait.
- Miles, along with his grand niece Athena, are the only Impiccishmay children who have the City Native aspiration.
- Miles's aspiration and all his traits were introduced in the City Living expansion pack.
- Miles and his twin sister Renee are the only Impiccishmay children born on Summer 4.
