Natalie Impiccishmay is the 12^th and 13^th child of Kelsey Impicciche's 100 Baby Challenge LP and the 11^th child of Chelsea Impiccishmay. She is part of the second pair of twins of the series along with her sister Niya. Both twins starred in the spin-off series Vampire Twins.

In Niya and Natalie Fight, Natalie and Caleb Vatore went on a friendly duel and ended up WooHooing in the bedroom. She is the second Impiccishmay child to be seen WooHooing with another Sim. The first one was her sister Olive with Kayla Flemming in Tries Making Her Daughter Famous (Finale).
In Niya and Natalie Fight, the fans complained about Kelsey always playing with Natalie and forgetting about Niya.
Caleb Vatore was supposed to be Natalie's OTP but the fans bullied Kelsey to the point of switching the whole plot and ending the series in Niya and Natalie Seek Revenge.
In Niya and Natalie Seek Revenge, Kelsey said Natalie is an uptight Slytherin, while her sister Niya is a chill Hufflepuff.
In Niya and Natalie Seek Revenge, Natalie, along with her sister Niya, became the first pair of Impiccishmay children to be seen having a fight.
Natalie shares the most common birthday among the Impiccishmay family — Spring 4 — with six other Impiccishmays: Jaime, Niya, Todd, Jacob, Levi, and Belle. This implies pregnancy on the LP happened most on the first day of the year.
