Noel Fritz is the father of twins Autumn and August Impiccishmay. His creator, OhmOJH, uploaded him to the Gallery for Reviews Fan Submitted Daddies (Part 36) along with the other members of the hi, nice to meet me! household. He froze to death in Has 99 Babies when Kelly visited their empty lot.

Noel's creator, OhmOJH, also created four of Kasey's baby-daddies: Leonardo Parish, Theo Beckett, Stephen Andersen, and Tom Holland. OhmOJH also created Brunette Ken, the husband of Barbie Roberts in Kelsey's Barbie series.
