Steven Smith is the father of twins Niya and Natalie Impiccishmay. His creator, CrazyDiamondGem, uploaded him to the Gallery for Reviews Fan Submitted Daddies (Part 3). Chelsea met Steven at an empty lot in Willow Creek where they celebrated Year 2 New Year's Eve in Tries for Triplets.
On Saturday, on a stormy night, Chelsea needed a baby-daddy to seduce. Steven was the first person who appeared in the relationship panel. He was feeling Sad when he arrived and Chelsea had to cheer him up before she got to properly flirt with him. Eventually, Chelsea tried for baby with him in the closet and got pregnant with his babies. Before leaving the house, he cleaned their dirty shower.
On Wednesday, Chelsea gave birth to his daughters, Niya and Natalie Impiccishmay, the 10th and 11th pair of twins of the challenge, respectively. He visited the Impiccishmay household again in Meets the Grim Reaper for Niya and Natalie's young adult birthday.
In Nurtures an Alien, as an elder, Steven was seen playing guitar for tips at the plaza in San Myshuno.
