Year 7 of the 100 Baby Challenge save file happened from the Kicks out Her First Born to Has 2 Birthdays and a Funeral.
Week 22: Spring[]
- Day 149: Spring 2, Monday
- Makoa Kealoha pulls up to Kasey's new house at midnight, so Kelsey asks him to leave, implying Kasey is not that kind of girl.[1]
Tegan and Archer age up to young adults and move out.[1]- Blaire and Brooke age up to teens and get the Outgoing and Foodie traits, respectively.[1]
- Kasey gets pregnant with Derumk Kealoha's babies.[1]
- Day 150: Spring 3, Tuesday
- Makoa Kealoha follows Kasey at the gym even if she already rejected him the other day.[1]
- Kasey meets gym trainer Sai Ramesh.[1]
Brendon ages up to a teen and gets the Glutton trait.[1]
- Day 151: Spring 4, Wednesday – Hope ages up to a teen and gets the Loner trait.[1]
- Day 152: Spring 5, Thursday
- Bella ages up to a teen and gets the Clumsy trait.[1]
- Lilith Vatore assists Kasey give birth to twins Ever and Jake Impiccishmay, the 14th pair of twins of the challenge.[1]
- Day 153: Spring 6, Friday
- Blaire and Brendon age up to young adults and move out.[2]
- Hope causes a fire incident. She and ghost Chelsea are able to extinguish it. Nonetheless another grill gets deleted in the house.[2]
- Tegan Impiccishmay receives the active household residence keys.[2]
- Day 154: Spring 7, Saturday
- Seiji Tanaka passes away of old age.[2]
- Kasey goes out with her teen girls, Brooke, Hope, and Bella, to Sulani for the weekend.[2]
- Makoa bugs Kasey again, inviting her to his dive club this time, to Kelsey's dismay.[2]
- Kelsey calls Kasey out for peeing in the ocean.[2]
- Twins Ever and Jake age up and get the Independent and Inquisitive traits, respectively.[2]
Week 23: Summer[]
- Day 155: Summer 1, Sunday
- Kasey gives birth to Romeo and Caesar Impiccishmay, the 15th pair of twins of the series.[2]
- Brooke ages up to young adult and moves out.[2]
- Hope ages up to young adult and moves out.[2]
- Bella ages up to a young adult and gets the Family-Oriented trait. Incidentally, she becomes the first of the Impiccishmay children to fill in a household slot for a while to prevent occurrence of triplets.[2]
- Archer Impiccishmay receives the active household residence keys.[2]
- Day 156: Summer 2, Monday – Kasey gets pregnant with Duane Talla's babies.[3]
- Day 159: Summer 5, Thursday
- Ever ages up to a child and gets the Good trait.[3]
- Jake eats his birthday cake before aging up to a child and getting the Outgoing trait.[3]
- Kasey gives birth to twins Harry and Dustin Impiccishmay.[3]
- Day 160: Summer 6, Friday – After WooHooing thrice, Kasey gets pregnant with Leonardo DiCaprio's baby.[3]
Week 24: Fall[]
- Day 162: Fall 1, Sunday – Harry and Dustin age up to become angelic and clingy toddlers, respectively.[3]
- Day 163: Fall 2, Monday
- Ever ages up to a teen and gets the Public Enemy aspiration. Having the Good trait as well, Kelsey justifies she wants to be Robin Hood who steals from the rich and gives to the needy.[4]
- Kasey gives birth to a baby boy and names him Leo Impiccishmay, Jr., after his father.[4]
- Day 164: Fall 3, Tuesday
- Caesar ages up to a child and gets the Lazy trait.[4]
- Jake ages up to a teen and gets the Bookworm trait.[4]
- Kasey introduces herself to purple-haired girl Serena Moore at her empty lot.[4]
- Day 165: Fall 4, Wednesday
- Day 166: Fall 5, Thursday
- Harvestfest glitches out, making Jake an A student, so he ages up to a young adult and finally becomes able to move out the house.[4]
- Kelsey turns Kasey’s hair color purple to match Serena, attempting to produce purple-haired babies.[4]
- Serena visits the Impiccishmay household, as well as Makoa Kealoha, who stands at a distance watching the two purple-haired girls kissing.[4]
- Leo, Jr. autonomously ages up to a toddler and gets the Clingy trait.[4]
- Kasey becomes pregnant with Serena Moore's baby.[4]
- Day 167: Fall 6, Friday – Caesar ages up to a teen as Kelsey calls him her “jokester man,” after getting the Chief of Mischief aspiration. Kelsey turns him to an internet troll to boost his mischief skill.[5]
- Day 168: Fall 7, Saturday
- Harry and Dustin age up to children and get the Self-Assured and Active traits, respectively.[5]
- Kasey gives birth to Serena Moore's baby, Logan Impiccishmay.[5]
Week 25: Winter[]
- Day 169: Winter 1, Sunday – Kasey meets James Potter at a bar in Willow Creek.[5]
- Day 170: Winter 2, Monday
- Caesar ages up to a young adult and moves out.[5]
- Ever ages up to a young adult and moves out.[5]
- Kasey gets pregnant with James Potter's baby.[5]
- Day 171: Winter 3, Tuesday
- Day 172: Winter 4, Wednesday (Winterfest) – Logan ages up to a toddler and gets the Angelic trait, so Kelsey calls him her Christmas angel.[6]

- Kasey finds out Makoa Kealoha is an elder.[6]
- Romeo ages up to a young adult and gets the Bookworm trait.[6]
- Harry ages up to a teen and gets the Romantic trait.[6]
- Kasey gives birth to Holly and Hayley Impiccishmay, the 17th pair of twins of the challenge.[6]
- To look for the father of the then 50th baby, after picking a random household, Kasey visits the empty lot of of hi, nice to meet me! and immediately chats with Tom Holland.[6]
- Romeo Impiccishmay moves out the house. Kelsey is so focused on Tom Holland that she overlooks Romeo slipping on ice on his way out.[6]
