Year 8 of the 100 Baby Challenge save file happened from the Has 2 Birthdays and a Funeral to Seduces a Disney Prince.
Week 26: Spring[]
- Day 176: Spring 1, Sunday
Nova Impiccishmay passes away of old age.[1]- Freya Impiccishmay passes away of old age.[1]
- Kelsey gives Kasey a makeover, bringing back the brunette hair with Chelsea’s classic overalls.[1]
- Since her siblings are all dying, Kasey throws a party to hang out with them one last time.[1]
- Day 177: Spring 2, Monday
- Going in labor, Kasey invites Jaime to accompany her to the hospital, although they proceed to have an awkward encounter.[1]
Kasey gives birth to Olivia Impiccishmay named after her aunt Olive.[1]- Harry Impiccishmay passes away of drowning.[1]
- Dustin ages up to a young adult and gets the Good trait.[1]
- Leo, Jr. ages up to a teen and gets the Active trait.[1]
- Day 178: Spring 3, Tuesday – While the whole household is mourning over Harry's death, Kasey gets pregnant with the 50th baby, on which Kelsey says, “If it’s not the most quintessential 100 Baby moment that has ever happened, then I don’t know what is.”[1]
- Day 179: Spring 4, Wednesday – Logan ages up to a child and gets the Active trait.[1]

- Kasey meets Theo Beckett, a hot nurse at the hospital.[3]
- Theo assists Kasey on labor for the first time, giving birth to Chelsea Impiccishmay, Jr., named after her grandmother, Chelsea Impiccishmay, the founder of the challenge.[3]
- Kasey gets pregnant with Theo Beckett's babies.[3]
- Leo, Jr. ages up into a young adult getting the Glutton trait just like his mom.[3]
- Kasey meets Remus Lupin, James Potter's roommate.[3]
- Day 182: Spring 7, Saturday – Stacey Impiccishmay passes away of old age.[3]

- Someone calls, indicating several Impiccishmay children died, but Kelsey does not want to know.[3]

- Day 184: Summer 2, Monday
- Chelsea, Jr. ages up to a toddler and gets the Angelic trait.[3]
- Kasey gives birth to Ashton and Annie Impiccishmay, the 18th pair of twins of the challenge.[3]

- Kelsey gives Holly a Wednesday Addams makeover.[4]
- Kelsey throws a Halloween party because the episode releases on the week of Halloween 2019.

- Logan almost burns to death outside, but Kelsey is able to quickly bring him back in.[4]
- Day 187: Summer 5, Thursday – Annie and Ashton age up to toddlers and get the Independent and Charmer traits, respectively.[5]
- Day 188: Summer 6, Friday
- Logan ages up to a young adult and moves out the house.[5]
- Kasey gets pregnant with Remus Lupin's baby.[5]
- Day 189: Summer 7, Saturday
- Kasey meets Leonardo Parish at a local pool in Windenburg.[5]
- Kasey meets Alternate Chelsea.[5]
Week 28: Fall[]
- Day 190: Fall 1, Sunday – Kasey meets food stall vendors Brooke Pieterson and Noel Fritz.[5] One of the guys steal her §14 food. Before leaving San Myshuno, she meets Sirius Black.[5]
- Day 191: Fall 2, Monday
- For the first time, one of the baby challenge kids brings home a friend from school, in which Rogelio Funk, Olivia's friend, comes over to hang out.[5]
- Kasey gives birth to Phoebe Impiccishmay, the 56th child of the challenge, named after Phoebe Buffay from Friends.[5]
